**Shipping:**
Our shipping time is an estimate, ranging from 2 to 15 days, and we proudly ship from the US, EU, AU, and JP. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking links to monitor its status.
**Returns and Exchanges:**
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. While refunds are not applicable for clothing items, we are happy to accommodate returns, exchanges, and cancellations for other eligible products. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, ship the items back within 15 days of delivery, or request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.
**Refunds:**
Refunds are not applicable for clothing items. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status. For eligible products, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
**Gifts:**
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once the returned item is processed. For gifts not marked as such, the refund will be credited to the original payment method of the gift giver.
**Shipping Costs:**
You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning items, as shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
